Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) The EDC, in cooperation with Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI), 
held a Congressional Briefing on April 27 as part of its Lobby Days activities, on The FREED ACT (Federal Response to Eliminate Eating Disorders). FREED is a comprehensive eating disorders bill that will address research, treatment, and prevention services.
